FISHERMAN Flake Salt is produced using 100% geothermal energy. It is a crunchy, mineral-fresh sea salt produced using only energy from geothermal hot springs in the northwest of Iceland. This salt-making method is based on an old 17th century process and, because geothermal energy is the sole energy source, it leaves no carbon footprint on the environment.
